Cameron is a managing associate in the Corporate practice in London. He has a broad range of experience and advises on a wide range of transactions, including public and private M&A, joint ventures and corporate restructurings.

His recent experiences includes: 

  • HSBC: advising on its $550m sale of its Argentinian banking, insurance and asset management business to Grupo Galicia.
  • Phoenix Group: advising on its £248m acquisition of Sun Life of Canada UK from Sun Life Financial.
  • TDR Capital: advising TDR Capital on the c.€5bn sale of LeasePlan by a consortium of investors led by TDR Capital to ALD.
  • Tate & Lyle: advising on the $1.7bn separation and sale of a controlling stake in its primary products business to KPS Capital Partners, the establishment of associated joint venture arrangements, and the related share consolidation and special dividend.
  • Canada Pension Plan Investment Board: advising on its investments into the Octopus Energy group and the associated shareholder arrangements.
  • SSE: advising SSE Renewables on its sale of a 51% stake in the Seagreen 1 offshore wind farm project to Total.
  • Ara Partners: advising on its $100m investment into Paratus, a parametric insurance business headquartered in Guernsey.
  • BHP: advising on its $50m investments and associated joint venture and technical collaboration arrangements with Ivanhoe Electric Inc., I-Pulse Inc. and I-Rox SAS.
