Rasmus has experience within mergers and acquisitions, private equity and company law. Clients include international and domestic financial institutions, private equity firms and corporate clients. Rasmus has been seconded to the firm’s private equity practice in London and New York and is recognized as a Next Generation Partner in the Legal 500.

• Hg’s portfolio company team.blue NV: advising on its acquisition of Loopia Group, a leading European web service and hosting company.
• Brookfield Super-Core Infrastructure Partners: advising on its SEK 9.2 billion acquisition of a 49% stake in social infrastructure portfolio for public education from SBB.
• The co-lead investors Altor, GIC, Hy24 and Just Climate: advising on the c.€1.5bn private placement in Stegra (formerly H2 Green Steel).
• PAI Partners: advising on its sale of Atos Medical to Coloplast A/S.
• Goldman Sachs Private Equity: advising on its role as lead investor for a consortium’s US$1bn equity investment into the lithium-ion battery manufacturer Northvolt and subsequent equity and convertible investment rounds.
• PAI Partners: advising on its acquisition of Atos Medical from EQT.
• Alecta: advising on its equity investments into Apotea and Epidemic Sound.
