Linklaters advises the underwriters on the ABB of Lotus Bakeries NV

Linklaters has advised BNP Paribas Fortis, KBC Securities and Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co on the EUR 327 million private placement by way of an accelerated bookbuilding of existing shares in Lotus Bakeries, a Belgian company listed on Euronext Brussels.
