Linklaters advises Webhelp, a portfolio company of Group Bruxelles Lambert, on financing for the acquisition of OneLink
Linklaters has advised Webhelp (as borrower), a portfolio company of the Belgian investment firm, Group Bruxelles Lambert, in relation to financing for the acquisition of OneLink.
OneLink provides digitally enabled customer experience CX, BPO, CRM, automation and other technology services to leading North American and Latin American businesses. The acquisition allows Webhelp to significantly accelerate their growth in Latin America and help solidify their presence in the US market, especially in fast growing tech sectors. Following the acquisition, Webhelp will have locations across 55 countries and more than 90,000 employees globally.
The debt was underwritten by Goldman Sachs and KKR Capital Markets, together with HSBC, BNPP and RBC, and increases the LBO facilities to a c. EUR1.75billion term loan B, with tranches in EUR, GBP and USD, and a c.EUR286million revolving credit facility.
