Linklaters advises Valtech and BC Partners on the recommended cash acquisition of Kin + Carta
Linklaters has advised Valtech and funds managed by BC Partners on the recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of Kin + Carta plc. The acquisition values Kin + Carta’s ordinary share capital at approximately £240 million on a fully diluted basis.
The cross-practice deal team was led by private equity partners Chris Boycott and Ben Rodham, alongside managing associate Amy Barker and associates Andrew Huxtable, Jessica Dougan and Louisa Pratt.
