Linklaters advises the AA on refinancing senior term and working capital facilities

Linklaters has advised the AA, the UK's largest motoring organisation and leading provider of roadside assistance services in the UK, insurance services and propositions across the driving services category, on its successful refinancing of senior bank facilities.

AA Senior Co Limited has refinanced its £165m senior term facility and £55.7m working capital facility, ahead of their maturity date in March 2026, by way of a £95m senior term facility, a £70m fixed rate private placement and a £55.7m working capital facility each with a maturity date of March 2030.
