Augustin Destremau

Augustin is an associate in the Dispute Resolution team in Paris and a member of the Paris Bar. 

He specializes in criminal, civil and commercial dispute resolution, both domestic and cross-border.

His main fields of focus include contractual disputes, corporate and financial litigation and white-collar crime. 

Augustin joined the Dispute Resolution practice of Linklaters as an associate in 2022. Prior to joining Linklaters, he worked as an associate for a tier one French law firm before the Council of State and Court of Cassation, where he gained valuable experience on a wide range of contentious matters. Prior to that, he acquired experience with tier one domestic and international law firms based in Paris.

In 2021, Augustin acted as a lecturer in corporate law at Paris-Est Créteil University. 

Augustin acquired experience with domestic and international law firms based in Paris. 

Augustin holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master in Economic Law (cum laude) from Sciences Po Paris. He is admitted to the Paris Bar.

He speaks French and English fluently. 

Augustin has authored several articles, including:
