Ilse Brouwers’ practice covers all areas of corporate law at cross-border and national level. She has extensive experience in complex mergers and acquisitions including public and private buy-outs, joint ventures, restructurings and equity issues.
Her work is focused on a wide range of industries, such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications and media. Ilse also regularly advises on employee and executive incentives and corporate governance and specialises in assisting listed companies.
