  • The Dutch State: advising on the €3.4bn support package for KLM, the Dutch national airline, and the acquisition of a strategic 14% shareholding interest in Air France-KLM.
  • Engie: advising on the restructuring and solvent wind down of EVBox, an electric vehicles charging stations provider, and related transactions.
  • Infracapital Partners: advising on the sale of Eteck Energie Bedrijven B.V., a provider of renewable heat installations, to Partners Group through a controlled auction process.
