Overview

Marcel specializes in advising on national and international corporate tax law, in particular in connection with reorganisations and M&A transactions.

Professional experience

Marcel has been working at Linklaters since 2022, initially as a trainee lawyer with stations in the Dusseldorf and Madrid office and since 2024 as an Associate.

Education and qualifications

Marcel studied Law at the University of Muenster. He also worked as a research assistant at the Institute of International Business Law there during his doctoral studies.

He also completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in “Mergers & Acquisitions” at the University of Muenster. 

He speaks German, English and Spanish.
