Mary focuses her practice on representing fund sponsors and investors regarding the formation and operation of private investment funds across diverse strategies. She advises on the fundraising process, including preparing offering and governing documents and forming onshore and offshore investment structures. She also has experience with institutional investors and advises clients on various market terms.

Mary has represented a diverse group of fund sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors, including KKR, State Street Global Advisors, Aermont and B. Riley Capital/National Asset Management.
