Nikhita Suria

Nikhita is a Managing Associate in the banking team, currently working in the Singapore office across a broad range of financings advising both sponsors and arrangers. She was previously based in the London office focussing on sponsor-backed leveraged finance transactions across the UK and continental Europe. Nikhita has experience across multiple types of financings including corporate financing, super senior financings, bank/bond/bridge/backstop facilities and fund financings, with particular experience in the infrastructure financing space. Nikhita has previously completed secondments in New York and Sao Paulo and published thought leadership pieces on the legal implications of smart contracts.
