Laura is GenAI strategic lead at Linklaters, responsible for the initiative to integrate AI throughout the firm’s operations. Laura is responsible for the design and execution of an AI adoption strategy that aligns with the firm’s broader strategy. Laura has developed the Linklaters three-tiered GenAI training programme which is a multi-layered curriculum of topics to ensure all our people are familiar with the risks and opportunities of AI.

Before joining Linklaters in 2022 Laura was a Director of Knowledge in a global law firm. She was a regulatory insurance lawyer for many years and wrote widely on regulatory issues.

Education and qualifications

Laura studied Theology at the University of Durham before studying law.
