Linklaters advises Marguerite on ZE Energy's fundraising, an independent renewable energy producer associated with storage solutions.

Linklaters has advised Marguerite, a pan-European investment fund active in renewable energy, energy, transport, and digital infrastructure, in the €54 million fundraising of ZE Energy, in which Marguerite is a shareholder.

This fundraising, involving leading new investors with Infrastructure Funds Core+ managed by Amundi Energy Transition and The Climate Infrastructure Fund managed by Demeter, will enable ZE Energy to continue its expansion in Europe. Sorégies, a longstanding shareholder, has also strengthened its equity commitment in the context of this transaction.

Linklaters previously supported Marguerite in 2021 during its initial investment in ZE Energy.
