Overview
Fraser is an associate in the Corporate/M&A department of Linklaters’ New York office. Fraser has experience representing clients on a variety of cross-border corporate transactions, including private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, as well as on general entity formation and corporate governance.
Work highlights
- Sercel SAS: advising this French designer and manufacturer of high-tech solutions for subterranean exploration, on the acquisition of Geocomp, a U.S.-based a civil engineering and geostructural services firm and the acquisition of certain software assets from Ion Geophysical Corporation and its affiliates.
- Perfetti van Melle: advising on its US$1.35bn acquisition of Mondelez’s developed-market gum business in the United States, Canada and Europe.
- Getir: advising on the acquisition of online grocery company FreshDirect Inc. from Ahold Delhaize USA.
- Tokio Marine: advising on their subscription, along with MUFG and Kanematsu Corporation, for shares of commercial space company Sierra Space’s preferred stock for its US$290m Series B transaction.
- Tate & Lyle: advising on the sale of a controlling interest in Primient to KPS Capital Partners.
