Experience

Morag has a wide range of capital markets and structured finance experience, with a particular interest in covered bonds, RMBS, loan portfolio financing and warehouse transactions.  She has acted for originators, sponsors, bank lenders and arrangers on a range of public and private transactions including advising:

• the arrangers and dealers on Nationwide Building Society’s Reg S and Rule 144A Silverstone RMBS programme
• stand-alone RMBS for a variety of originators, including Coventry, Leeds and Skipton Building Societies
• Citi on a number of loan portfolio financings and the subsequent securitisations of the mortgage assets
• on covered bond programmes for domestic and international issuers including Nationwide, Leeds, Coventry and Yorkshire Building Societies, DNB (Norway), OP Mortgage Bank (Finland), UOB (Singapore) and NAB (Australia)
• Citi and a consortium of banks on the financing of a bid for the Northern Rock “Granite” Portfolio
