CSRC published regulations on OTC derivatives trading for public consultation

On 17 March 2023, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) published a consultation draft of the Administrative Measures for the Supervision of Derivatives Trading for public consultation until 16 April 2023. The draft Measures implement the OTC derivatives provisions in the PRC Futures and Derivatives Law and are the first set of comprehensive regulations for the supervision of the OTC derivatives market in China under the purview of the CSRC.
