Alumni profile - Camille Juras
Camille Juras certainly had the right genes to be a lawyer; both her mother and sister are lawyers, her mother at the European Court of Human Rights, and it was natural that the Strasbourg-raised Camille should follow them. After an education that featured an exchange programme with the LSE and a Master’s at McGill in Montréal, she found herself at Linklaters’ Luxembourg office.
“At that stage, the Magic Circle was my main motivation as far as law firms were concerned and I’d done a summer internship, which gave me some idea of what to expect,” Camille explains. “I knew that the training at Linklaters would be great and the culture was no big surprise.
