Linklaters advises on SCE Intelligent’s HK$1.76bn HKEX IPO
Linklaters advised the joint sponsors and underwriters on the spin-off of SCE Intelligent Commercial Management Holdings Limited (SCE Intelligent) from China SCE Group Holdings (1966.HK) and its subsequent listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
SCE Intelligent is a comprehensive property management service provider managing both commercial and residential properties in China. As of last year, SCE Intelligent has 104 commercial and residential projects, with an aggregate gross floor area (GFA) under management of approximately 16.2 million m² and an aggregate contracted GFA of approximately 36.6 million m².
The Linklaters team was led by capital markets partner Iris Leung and corporate partner Kevin Cheung, with support from managing associate Wei Liang.
