Linklaters acts for Société du Grand Paris on a new €1 billion green bond issue

Linklaters has acted for Société du Grand Paris on a new green bond issue of 1 billion euros under its “Green Euro Medium Term Note” program. The bonds have a maturity of 20 years and their coupon is 3.5% per year. They have been listed since January 17, 2023 on Euronext Paris.

The proceeds of these green bonds are exclusively allocated to the financing of the Grand Paris Express.
