Szymon Sieniewicz appointed head of Linklaters’ TMT/IP practice in Warsaw

As of November 1, 2022, Szymon Sieniewicz leads the TMT/IP practice of Linklaters’ Warsaw office.

Szymon Sieniewicz is a qualified lawyer specializing in data protection, intellectual property, new technologies and e-commerce law. He advises leading Polish and foreign clients from a range of sectors, including finance, real estate, new technologies, telecommunications, media, e-commerce and IT, on transaction, regulatory and contractual matters. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Jagiellonian University and completed LL.M. studies at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He is also a member of the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals) and author of numerous publications on data protection, privacy and new technologies.
