Cordt-Magnus Erich van Geuns-Rosch

Cordt-Magnus specialises in intellectual property litigation, particularly regarding industrial property rights. He is experienced in enforcing intellectual property rights and defending clients against allegations of infringement. He also advises on competition law and transactions involving intellectual property.

• A globally leading industrial gas company: Advising on world-wide merger control proceedings.
• A large German industrial company: Advising on proper measures for protection of trade secrets.

Cordt-Magnus van Geuns-Rosch joined Linklaters in 2021.

He is a member of Deutsche Vereinigung für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht (German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).

Cordt-Magnus studied law at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg and at the China University of Political Science and Law. He also obtained a Magister Juris (MJur) degree from the University of Oxford (University College). Cordt-Magnus has worked as Legal Support and has clerked for Linklaters in Frankfurt und New York.
