Experience
Lucy has wide experience advising large corporates and banks on corporate governance, public M&A and capital markets issues. She currently focuses primarily on corporate advisory matters including advising leading companies on new regulatory developments in relation to governance, disclosure and risk management.
Since mid 2015 Lucy has led the Linklaters working group focussing on the impact of Brexit for Linklaters’ clients.
She has responsibility for the management of knowledge and learning within Linklaters and contributes to books and periodicals and speaks at conferences on topics related to equity capital markets and corporate governance. She is a member of the Company Law Committee of the City of London Law Society.
