Overview
Nazli joined Linklaters capital markets and banking practice in June 2017.
She brings several years of experience from her work in Turkey, France, and Luxembourg, spanning across major national and international law firms. She has also served as a lawyer at the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.
Nazli provides expert advice to clients including banks, sponsors, corporates, issuers, and alternative credit providers on a variety of loan structures such as fund finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, and real estate finance. Her expertise also extends to debt issuances, including the establishment of securitisation vehicles, and navigating restructuring and insolvency-related matters.
Her practice areas include project finance, general banking matters—covering credit and security taking—corporate reorganizations, capital markets, and cross-border financing deals, with a strong focus on structured finance. She also takes an active interest in charitable and community work both inside and outside the firm.
She is registered with the Istanbul Bar (2011), the Paris Bar (2017) and the Luxembourg Bar (2021).

- A Luxembourg management company: advising an American global investment company on the senior facility for the refinancing of the acquisition of a pan-European logistics property portfolio in France, the Netherlands, Finland, Ireland, Germany and Denmark.
- Investment banks or investors in relation to the setting up of or issuances by Luxembourg securitisation vehicles (regulated and unregulated)
- Bank of China Limited, Luxembourg Branch as issuer of the world’s largest green bond issuance, which was the first ever green bond issued by Bank of China and also the first ever green bond issued by a Chinese institution in Europe

Nazli holds an LLM/MSc in International Business Law and Management from HEC Paris and a LLB from the Bilkent University (Turkey)
She is registered with the Istanbul Bar (2011), the Paris Bar (2017) and the Luxembourg Bar (2021).
She speaks Turkish, English and French.
