Overview

Popeye is an Associate in the Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group in Brussels. 

Prior to joining Linklaters’ Brussels office, Popeye worked in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investments team in Amsterdam. 

Popeye’s expertise involves multi-jurisdictional litigation, with a special focus on collective actions and competition litigation. She has particular expertise in litigation arising from cartels. Popeye also advises EU competition law, including merger control, FDI screening and abuse of dominance. 
 

Professional experience

Popeye joined Linklaters in July 2022.

Popeye is committed to pro bono work. As part of the CSR Committee, she is one of the two pro bono coordinators of the Amsterdam office. She is also part of the advisory committee of a Dutch pro bono clearinghouse.

Education and qualifications

Popeye studied at Maastricht University where she pursued a Bachelor Degree in Dutch Law as well as a Bachelor Degree in Medicine. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Dutch company law from Leiden University.
