Linklaters has advised CCR Re on the successful launch of the compartment 157 Re 22, the fourth vintage of its sidecar 157 Re. Despite a tight retrocession market CCR Re has succeeded in increasing by 22% the amount of capital raised as compared to 2021.

157 Re 22 is the fourth compartment of the FCT 157 Re. It has received an approval from the ACPR (French Prudential Supervisory Authority) and is only opened to professional investors.

The firm assisted CCR Re in the creation of the FCT 157 Re, the first French "sidecar", in 2019, as well as for the second and the third vintages.
