Linklaters advises Investika and Bud Holdings on another office acquisition
Linklaters has advised Czech retail investment fund INVESTIKA realitní fond and Bud Holdings SA, a private equity company, on the acquisition of Łużycka Office Park (buildings A, B, C and D) and Łużycka Plus, located in Gdynia.
All purchased buildings represent the “A” class, with total GLA of 27,200 sqm. The complex is located in the business center of Gdynia, at the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway (PKM) stop and in the vicinity of two fast city rail stops (SKM), in close proximity to the main communication artery of Gdynia, Sopot and Gdansk. To the international airport access by car or PKM takes about 20 minutes. The buildings have been rewarded BREEAM and "Object without Barriers" certification.
The transaction was led by Adriana Andrzejewska (of counsel), supported by Ewa Sinkiewicz (senior associate), Bartosz Boenigk (associate) and Katarzyna Grodzka (associate) from Warsaw real estate team. Joanna Gawlicka (managing associate) and Michał de Białynia Woycikiewicz (associate), from banking and finance practice, advised on the financing aspects of the transaction.
