Linklaters advises the Joint Global Coordinators in the context of the IPO of Italian Design Brands on Euronext Milan, the Italian main stock exchange market. The offer took place through an institutional placement that raised approximately €70 million (excluding the greenshoe option) in a capital increase. Existing shareholders also granted a so-called greenshoe option to purchase additional ordinary shares at the offer price.

Citigroup and Equita acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners. Equita also acted as listing agent for the purpose of the listing.

This is the 3rd IPO (excluding market transfers and similar transaction) in 2023 on the Italian main stock exchange market, Euronext Milan, and Linklaters Italy acted in all 3 transactions, confirming its position of reference firm in this field.

Linklaters team working on the transaction was led by partner Ugo Orsini, flanked by counsel Cheri De Luca, managing associate Marta Fusco, associates Daniele Casà and Maria Stella Cassano and trainee Alessia Intonti.
