Linklaters has advised Carnegie and Morgan Stanley in the rights issue by Viaplay Linklaters has advised Carnegie and Morgan Stanley in connection with the fully secured rights issue of approximately EUR 80 million and the private placement of approximately EUR 300 million by Viaplay Group.

The equity capital raisings form part of a complex recapitalisation programme which remains subject to the approval of debt providers and bond holders.
