Arrival of Margaux Bognon-Küss as Counsel in the Corporate/M&A Team
Linklaters Paris announces the arrival of Margaux Bognon-Küss as counsel within the Corporate/M&A team. Margaux joins the Paris office with nearly fifteen years of experience in leading international law firms and legal departments.
Margaux primarily focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions transactions, both domestic and international. She advises investment funds, institutional investors, and various clients on their strategic transactions. Her in-depth expertise and experience in corporate legal departments allow her to offer pragmatic and tailored solutions to her clients' needs, and to provide a comprehensive understanding of their key strategic issues.
A member of the Paris Bar since 2010, Margaux holds a Master 2 in business law and taxation from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
