Doug Davison named to Securities Docket’s “Enforcement 40” list for third consecutive time
Linklaters Dispute Resolution partner Doug Davison has been named to Securities Docket's Enforcement 40, a list of the 40 leading securities enforcement defense attorneys in the industry.
This is the third consecutive-time Doug has been selected for the Enforcement 40 list, having been previously named in 2017 and to the inaugural list in 2013.
The 40 honorees were announced at Securities Docket’s Securities Enforcement Forum 2020 on October 28. Held annually in Washington, D.C. since 2012, this year’s conference was a virtual event.
The forum is a one-day conference that brings together current and former senior Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Justice officials, attorneys, and other top professionals in the field to discuss the most pressing topics in securities enforcement.
Enforcement 40 is compiled from Security Docket's rigorous nomination and research process and features lawyers who have been key players in some of the most significant SEC enforcement matters over the past few decades.
Recognition by GIR
Linklaters’ global dispute resolution team was also recently ranked as one of the top global investigations teams by Global Investigations Review (GIR). The GIR 30 guide celebrates the world's best firms for international investigations based on extensive research.
GIR noted that Doug was a former senior SEC official with over 25 years’ experience representing individuals and companies in fraud and foreign bribery cases, in addition to having a focus on sanctions.
