Linklaters advised the lenders in a €170m financing of the world's first and largest baseload renewable energy power plant using hydrogen technology in French Guiana (CEOG Project) involving Meridiam, HDF and SARA.
Enfinium
Linklaters advised MIRA and Wheelabrator on the sale of Wheelabrator to First Sentier. Linklaters subsequently advised on the project financing of both the Skelton Grange and Kelvin waste to energy facilities.
Orange Polska
Linklaters has advised Światłowód Inwestycje (a 50/50 joint venture between Orange Polska S.A. and the APG fund) on a EUR 690m (approx. PLN 3.15 bn) financing for the development of a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network for c. 1.7m households in Poland.

Linklaters advised the lenders and hedging banks on a €474 million project financing to a consortium comprising VINCI and Meridiam in connection with the first ever motorway PPP awarded in the Czech Republic.
Courseulles-sur-Mer
Linklaters has advised the commercial lenders (including mandated lead arrangers BNPP, CACIB and SMBC) and the European Investment Bank on all aspects of the €2 billion financing of the construction of the Courseulles-sur-Mer offshore wind farm.
Karapinar
Linklaters has advised Kalyon Enerji Yatirimlari AS (a subsidiary of Kalyon Holdings, a large Turkish conglomerate) on the financial closing of the 1.350GW Karapinar solar plant project, with a $812m syndicated facility.
Greater Changhua 1
Linklaters advised the lenders, hedge banks and export credit agencies on the approx. US$3bn holdco financing of the 605MW Greater Changhua 1 Offshore Wind Farm, the first holdco financing in Asian offshore wind.
Adani Transmission
Linklaters advised the lenders on a US$700 million financing to various subsidiaries of Adani Transmission Ltd that has been structured to fund up to US$1.1bn of capex for four under-construction transmission projects in Gujarat and Maharashtra.
