Hin Kong CCGT, Thailand
Linklaters has advised a group of 15 syndicate Thai and international lenders on the financing of the 2 x 700MW Hin Kong natural gas-fired combined-cycle IPP project located in Ratchaburi Province, Thailand. - Americas Power Deal of the Year
Trumbull Energy Center, Ohio
Linklaters has advised the mezzanine lenders on a US$1.3bn natural gas-fired electric combined cycle power generation facility. Trumbull Energy Center (TEC) is the only greenfield gas-fired project to have been financed in PJM last year (2022) and it is being built to replace a number of higher emitting coal-fired plants that recently retired as well as bolstering output from aging, less efficient, gas-fired projects.

NeuConnect Interconnector, Germany UK
Linklaters has advised the Sponsor team comprising of Meridiam, Allianz Capital Partners and Kansai Electric Power on the financing of the NeuConnect interconnector project, a 1.4GW subsea high-voltage direct current (HVDC) electricity interconnector that will link the Isle of Grain in England to Wilhelmshaven in Germany.

A69 Toulouse-Castres Motorway, France
Linklaters has advised the lenders (Arkéa, several Caisses of the Caisse d’Epargne group, several Caisses of the Crédit Agricole group, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, La Banque Postale, Norddeutsche Landesbank) on the limited-recourse financing of the A69 motorway, which will connect Castres and Verfeil in the South-West of France.

Cameroon Road Toll Plazas PPP
Linklaters has advised the lenders (Société Générale Cameroun, Société Commerciale de Banque Cameroun et Société Générale) on the local currency financing of a PPP for a value of €65m involving the construction, maintenance and operation of 14 new toll booths in Cameroon.
