Adriana is a Senior US Associate in our London office and has extensive experience representing and advising underwriters, issuers and private equity sponsors in connection with high yield offerings and acquisition financings including Cirsa, Tendam, United Group, Groupe Casino, Kedrion, Petrofac, Eolo, Helios Towers, GEMS Education, SierraCol, CFE, Sura, Grupo Mexico and Grupo Bimbo.

Work highlights

• Tendam: advising Tendam, a leading European fashion company, on the issuance of €300 million senior secured floating rate notes and a €130.9 million term loan, together with a €174.2 million revolving credit facility.

• Cirsa: advising Deutsche Bank and other banks acting as initial purchasers in several offerings by Cirsa, the largest gaming corporation in Spain, including an offering of €390 million senior secured notes, €490 million floating rate notes, €400 million senior secured PIK toggle notes, €615 million senior secured notes and €425 million senior secured notes.

• United Group: advising J.P. Morgan and other banks acting as initial purchasers in connection with several offerings by United Group, including €170 million senior PIK notes and €1,675 million senior secured notes supporting the acquisition of Vivacom, a leading telecommunications provider in Bulgaria, and a €980 million offering of senior secured notes supporting the acquisition of Wind Hellas, a leading telecommunications provider in Greece.

• Helios Towers: advising Helios Towers, a leading telecommunications tower infrastructure company with operations in Africa, in its offering of $975 million senior notes.

• Groupe Casino: advising J.P. Morgan and other banks acting as initial purchasers in connection with an offering by Casino of €252 million senior notes.

• Petrofac: advising Petrofac, a leading international service provider in the energy industry, in its offering of $600 million senior secured notes.

Adriana holds a bachelor degree in law from Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) and obtained a Master of Laws from The University of Chicago The Law School.
