Overview
Bradley is a Partner in the firm’s Employment & Incentives team specialising in advising clients on the establishment and operation of employee and executive remuneration and incentive plans, executive remuneration, corporate governance and the regulation of remuneration in the financial services sector.
Bradley provides commercially-focused advice to listed and private companies on all aspects of the design, implementation and operation of cash and share-based incentive arrangements, including tax implications, and has broad experience in guiding clients through the remuneration and share plan aspects of corporate actions, having acted on high-profile public takeovers and IPOs as well as significant private company M&A.
Bradley advises banks and asset managers on remuneration regulation, including on the remuneration aspects of the Capital Requirements Directive, AIFMD, UCITS V and Solvency II, using his experience of having advised in this area since the advent of the current regulatory regimes.
Bradley also advises on corporate governance and reporting requirements related to remuneration, including on the preparation of directors’ remuneration policies for leading listed firms and shareholder engagement, as well as on the remuneration and governance considerations of executive recruitments and departures.

Bradley is a member of the Share Plan Lawyers Tax Committee, and clients report that Bradley “always demonstrates his great knowledge, approach and support" and "provides excellent advice and offers options and solutions in any situation” (Chambers UK 2019, Legal 500).
Prior to joining Linklaters Bradley worked for over 10 years at another international law firm.
