Overview
Derek is a Partner in Linklaters' U.S. Structured Finance Practice. He has extensive experience representing originators, investment banks, warehouse lenders, asset managers and investors across a broad range of products in the structured finance and asset finance markets, including warehouse facilities, securitized products, loan-on-loan facilities, and asset-backed securities offerings. His experience encompasses a wide array of asset classes, such as credit card receivables, auto loans and leases, trade finance, aviation, renewables, and collateral loan obligations (CLOs). Derek has led on a number of innovative and market-first structured finance transactions in the U.S. and international markets.
