Jarrett Field

Jarrett is an associate in Linklaters’ Litigation, Arbitration, & Investigations group in the firm’s New York office. Jarrett focuses on complex commercial and multi-district civil litigation, internal investigations, class action defense, and antitrust and cartel issues. Jarrett has represented a broad range of multinational companies across various industries in civil litigation and regulatory compliance.

Work Highlights

• Defended a multinational generic pharmaceutical company in connection with numerous multidistrict class action suits, successfully dismissed for federal impossibility pre-emption.
• Represented a U.S. company in the infrastructure industry in connection with an investigation into anticompetitive conduct in the sector and orchestrated an internal investigation.
• Advised several bank executives in connection with multiple federal government investigations.
• Represented a multinational electronic component designer manufacturer regarding a contract dispute in federal court.

• Represented two men in federal court for violation of their First and Fourth Amendment rights by local police and successfully defeated defendants’ motion for summary judgment on qualified immunity.

Jarrett holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School where he was the Senior Online Editor for the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. 

Jarrett also received a B.A. from Ursinus College, magna cum laude with distinguished honors, where he majored in Philosophy of Ethics and English Literature. 

Jarrett is a member of the New York State Bar, and admitted to practice in the Southern District of New York.
