Joy Cheng

Joy provides a full range of tax services for US and non-US investors, advising on primary investments and secondary market transactions. She has structured investments for US and non-US investors, with a focus on private equity, debt, operating businesses and alternative investments.

Joy also advises on structure and negotiation of mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies and handles US tax issues relating to financing transactions.

Joy is a native mandarin speaker.
