- Volkswagen AG: Advising on matters of stock corporation law and capital markets law, in connection with the preparation and conduct of the annual general meeting as well as on representing the company in several complex litigious matters and administrative proceedings, including its constitutional complaints before the Federal Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht).
- Volkswagen AG and Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG: advising on Porsche’s IPO and the sale of a minority stake in Porsche to the Porsche Automobil Holding SE.
- Volkswagen AG: advising in connection with the Joint Venture with Rivian Automotive, Inc. to develop software and electronics architectures and the investments in Rivian Automotive, Inc.

Education and qualifications
Julius studied law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen, where he also later earned his doctorate. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate and Commercial Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Julius speaks German and English.
