Kirsten Placke

Kirsten has specialised experience in domestic and cross border (group) restructuring as well as domestic and cross border mergers & acquisitions.

She also advises on tax audits and procedural issues.

Kirsten joined Linklaters in 2005 and was appointed Counsel in 2014. 

Kirsten studied law at the University of Osnabrück and was admitted as a tax advisor in 2009. 

She speaks German and English.
