Overview
Lauren is an associate in the Corporate/M&A group in Linklaters’ New York office. She has experience advising clients on a variety of cross-border transactions, including both public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. She also advises on entity formation and general corporate governance.
Work highlights
- DigitalBridge: advising on its pending acquisition of Yondr Group, a global developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data centers, through one of its managed investment funds.
- Dow Inc.: advising on its pending partnership transaction with Macquarie Asset Management to launch US$6bn Diamond Infrastructure Solutions.
- A leading global professional services firm: advising on its cross-border corporate reorganization.
- Q-Energy Private Equity, SGEIC, SA: advising on the acquisition of Heelstone Renewable Energy LLC, a U.S.-based developer of utility-scale renewable energy projects with 15GW of solar and storage projects.
- Volkswagen: advising on its US$5.8bn investment and electric vehicle technology joint venture with EV manufacturer Rivian.
Professional experience
During her time as a summer associate, Lauren spent six weeks in the Capital Markets group in Linklaters’ London office. Prior to attending law school, she worked in legal marketing and business development at a global law firm.
Education and qualifications
Lauren holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center as well as a Master of Laws from Sciences Po Paris (France). She received a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
