Overview
Marion is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice of Linklaters in Paris.
She advises French and international clients in all areas of intellectual property and, in particular, in national and pan-European patent, trademark and design litigation. Marion also assists clients with negotiating and drafting contracts related to intellectual property rights.
Prior to joining Linklaters in 2022, Marion worked within a European intellectual property boutique in Paris.
She also completed various internships in International and French law firms specializing in intellectual property.

Education and qualifications
Marion holds Master 2 Intellectual Property from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. Marion obtained her undergraduate degrees in International Business Law from Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne University and Lille Catholic University.
