Overview
Schweta is an associate in the Antitrust and Foreign Investment Group. She is based in our Brussels’ office and specialises in EU competition law.
She was admitted as an attorney in South Africa in 2011. Before joining Linklaters in 2024, Schweta worked as a fee-earner in competition law for international law firms in Cape Town and Johannesburg (January 2009 until September 2013), London (October 2013 until March 2016), and Brussels (January 2017 until September 2021).
Schweta has extensive experience working on multi-jurisdictional merger control and antitrust investigations, and assisting clients with competition law compliance. She supports Linklaters’ AFIG lawyers by providing solutions to EU competition law issues, monitoring and sharing legal developments and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
