The website https://reportiq.linklaters.com (the “Linklaters ReportiQ Website”) is provided by Linklaters, an international legal practice carried on by Linklaters LLP, its affiliated firms and other entities carrying on business under or including the name Linklaters or under joint venture or collaboration arrangements in association with Linklaters LLP (“we” or “Linklaters”). Its use is subject to the following terms:

Any such Due Diligence Report is strictly confidential and subject to legal professional privilege. Any Due Diligence Report herein may be in interim draft form and/or part only of the relevant Due Diligence Report and should be considered in the context of, and is not designed to be a substitute for review of, the final and complete version of the Due Diligence Report as specified by and once formally released by Linklaters. It should be read in conjunction with and is subject expressly and without limitation to the scope, assumptions, limitations of liability and provisions regarding addressees, confidentiality and legal professional privilege of the Due Diligence Report as set out in the full Due Diligence Report. Any such Due Diligence Report is also subject where applicable to the terms of any separate agreement entered into between you and Linklaters with respect to or in connection with the Due Diligence Report.
No part of any Due Diligence Report may be relied upon by any person, firm or company without the express written consent of Linklaters and we accept no responsibility or legal liability in relation to it except as otherwise agreed in writing between us.
Compliance with applicable laws – you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Linklaters ReportiQ Website.
Liability – where relevant, the terms of our engagement between us and you and any other correspondence relating to our provision and your use of ReportiQ apply.
We do not accept liability for any acts, omissions or errors attributable to WizDocs, Inc., Okta, Inc. and/or Microsoft Azure Technology.
We do not accept any responsibility for the contents of any third party website linked to from or accessible via the Linklaters ReportiQ Website.
How we use your personal data – the Linklaters ReportiQ Website uses information provided by you and / or your employer to authenticate your identity. Reviewers' personal data will also be used for task management and production of Due Diligence Reports. Amendments - these terms may be varied from time to time and your use of the Linklaters ReportiQ Website is subject to the then current terms. Governing Law – these terms and all issues regarding the Linklaters ReportiQ Website are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
