Linklaters advises the underwriters on the ABB of VGP

Linklaters has advised J.P. Morgan, KBC Securities, BNP Paribas Fortis and Belfius on the EUR 300 million private placement by way of an accelerated bookbuilding of new shares in VGP, a pan-European developer, manager and owner of logistics and semi-industrial real estate, listed on Euronext Brussels. The shares were placed with institutional investors internationally, including in the US in accordance with rule 144A of the US Securities Act of 1933.

This transaction was a follow-up of VGP’s private placements of new and existing shares in April and September 2020, where the Linklaters team also acted as Underwriters’ Counsel.

The Linklaters team was led by Arnaud Coibion and Thierry L’Homme, and included Victor Burki and Stefan Mees from our Belgian offices, as well as Jason Manketo and Jonathan Whitcomb from our London office.
