Linklaters advises UBS Europe SE on the sale of its wealth management business in Spain

Linklaters has advised UBS Europe SE on the sale of its wealth management business in Spain. Buyer is Spanish Singular Bank. The transaction comprises the entire Spanish private wealth management business of UBS, including UBS subsidiary UBS Gestión, which currently manages the relevant assets for high net worth individuals. 

The international Linklaters team was jointly led by Victor Manchado (Partner, Mainstream Corporate, Madrid), Paloma Fierro (Partner, FRG, Madrid), Dr Tim Johannsen-Roth (Partner, Corporate/M&A, Düsseldorf) and Dr Andreas Dehio (Partner, FRG, Frankfurt).
