Linklaters advises Acrotec and its shareholder Carlyle on the acquisition of Team-Metal
Linklaters has advised Acrotec and its shareholder Carlyle, a global investment firm, on the acquisition of Team-Metal, a leading medtech company in Asia. Team-Metal, based in Singapore and employing more than 600 people, has been providing high-end components for 34 years to a wide range of industries including medical and life sciences. This acquisition meets two strategic ambitions for Acrotec: developing its MedTech offering and expanding its presence in Asia.
The Linklaters team was led from Paris by Florent Mazeron, partner, Mehdi Boumedine counsel, Diana Dancea and Jacques Mazé, associates for the Corporate practice. Thomas Elkins, partner, and Jeanne Lévy-Bruhl, associate, advised on competition and antitrust matters.
