Linklaters advises HSBC as Listing Agent to CK Infrastructure Holdings (CKI) on its secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange
Linklaters has advised HSBC as Listing Agent on the secondary listing of CK Infrastructure Holdings (CKI) on the London Stock Exchange. CKI, one of the world’s largest infrastructure companies, will trade on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange from August 19 2024.
This strategic move will benefit CKI’s global shareholder base and will provide a greater market for trading shares across its key jurisdictions.
James Wootton, partner at Linklaters commented:
“CKI’s secondary listing in London is a vote of international confidence in the UK market. It underlines that the ongoing reforms to the UK listing rules are steps in the right direction. London continues to be an attractive destination for global companies due to its deep pool of investors and access to the global equities market. We are thrilled to have advised HSBC on this secondary listing of CKI and are proud of the seamless global offering which has supported them throughout this process, offering holistic advice and support at every stage.”
Linklaters’ team was led by partners, Robert Cleaver and James Wootton and counsel, Asad Ahmed.
