Linklaters advises Armen on its investment in Jolt Capital

Linklaters advised Armen, the European GP Stakes pioneer, on its investment in Jolt Capital, a European leader in deeptech growth companies.

This transaction, which represents the second investment of the Armen GP Stakes Fund I, remains subject to the prior approval of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and should allow Armen to acquire up to 32% of the capital of Jolt Capital.

With the strategic and operational support of Armen and its range of services designed to support its portfolio companies, Jolt Capital will be able to expand its action, not only in Europe, but also in North America and Asia.
