Linklaters triumphs at IFLR Europe Awards 2025

Linklaters has won 10 awards at the IFLR Europe Awards 2025, including International Firm of the Year and Equity Team of the Year, in recognition of the firm’s leading roles on some of the most legally innovative cross-border deals in the region that closed in 2024.

The Deals Of The Year won by Linklaters include:

• Equity – Athens International Airport IPO
• High Yield – Telecom Italia
• Loan – TDR Capital and I Squared Capital – Applus financing
• Project Finance – Stegra green steel
• Restructuring – McDermott International
• Impact Deal Awards – CVC Capital Partners IPO
• Impact Deal Awards – Harbour Energy / Wintershall

Retired Linklaters partner and former Head of Equities, John Lane, also won the Lifetime Achievement Award.
